Our fast-growing product and analytics group is looking for a Junior Product Analyst to support our efforts in rationalizing and analyzing our products. We are developing analytic capabilities to support and enable the rapid growth and influence of the BI function throughout the business.
This is a critical role in our group, playing a key role in developing analytic insights to prioritize resources and champion data-driven decision making. Consumers of these insights will include cross-functional stakeholders and management, up to senior and executive leadership.

Ask business questions and answer them using scientific research tools
Periodic presentation of insights to PM and stakeholders
Define and follow KPIs for success using BI tools
Advice for new features to reach the goals
Make predictions and simulations to anticipate user behaviour
Be part of a team that makes the difference
Bachelor’s Degree in a data related field (GPA 85+) – Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Business etc.
Basic SQL skills (joins, aggs)
High analytical skills
Analytical approach which consist of simplified perspective to solve complex problems
Excel skills (formulas level such as vlookup/sumifs)
Basic statistics knowledge
Presentation or guiding skills – advantage
