Gigya-SAP is looking for a talented student to join our Network Operations Center (NOC). The position is located at Gigya-SAP’s R&D center, Azrieli Towers, Tel Aviv.
GIGYA was acquired by SAP in 2017, and joined SAP Customer Data Cloud division. We are located in Tel Aviv at Azrieli towers. We are all about managing customer identities in a transparent way that respects user privacy. About the Position:
The NOC team member will be responsible for monitoring the operations of Gigya-SAP services and systems in a web environment. The position is part-time and will consist of 3-4 shifts per week (including weekends and holidays) during the mornings, evenings and overnights. You will troubleshoot and proactively respond to any system issues. The position is uniquely suited for students who are studying Computer Science, Engineering or Systems Administration.
- Help desk experience, including PC support, networking, permissions, etc.
- Solid fundamentals in general computing.
- At least 2-years study remaining.
- Ability to commute to work independently for evening and overnight shifts at Azrieli Center, Tel Aviv.
- Fluent in English – a must.
- The ability to self-learn and work well under pressure.
