Customer Operations position – JIFITI

Full Job Description:

 

This Customer Operations position entails a wide range of responsibilities including customer service, interacting with suppliers, coordinating with our technical team, and detailed use of a number of systems and tools, both internal and external. Good critical thinking skills are a requirement.
The role includes:

 

– Customer service (phone, chat, email) for a variety of programs

– Order validation and processing

– Digital inventory management

– Operational support

– Quality assurance testing of new programs

– Statistical reporting and analysis of data

 

Skills required:

 

– MS Office/Google docs knowledge

– Social media familiarity

– Internet search familiarity

– Excellent phone presence

– Comfortable with typing quickly for live chat scenarios

– Financial system knowledge an advantage

– Mother-tongue level English
