Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be part of the awesome Threadmill team. Your work will span over the full development cycle: design, implementation, testing, and release of the software features. You will also interact with our users, in IBM and externally, to discuss requirements and issues in using the tool. Since we’re part of IBM Research, you’ll also have the chance to take part in writing papers, filing patents, and collaborating with academia in various research tasks. Our Linux development environment include: C/C++, Python, Docker, CI/CD, and more.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • CS or EE graduate with a passion to develop software for the OS kernels / HW validation domain
  • Good software engineering skills
  • Programming experience is an advantage
  • High debugging skills, ability to understand the full picture as well as the small details
  • Excellent team player
  • Independent, ambitious, self-motivated, fast-learner
