We are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to support our HR Business Partners.
The HR Intern role is a great opportunity to join our HR team, working closely with HR
professionals, shaping processes and workflows that enable an excellent employee
experience for HP-Indigo employees
Responsibilities
Be a part of the local HR team and provide ongoing administrative and HR processes
support
Collect and analyze data and prepare high quality presentations
Prepare ad-hoc reports and metrics
Prepare relevant materials for stakeholders, both locally and globally
Provide HR support to business groups on policies, processes, employee relations,
people management, and career development
Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience
Support in leading various HR initiatives across the company
Education/Skills and Experience Requirements
Student in HR relevant academic areas, such as social science, psychology,
organizational behavior, or business related academic studies
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is a must, as well as all other MS office programs –
Mandatory
HR related previous experience – an advantage
Task oriented, organized, detail-oriented, and have exceptional analytical and problem-
solving skills
High drive for excellence and producing high quality product in a timely manner
Excellent analytical skills
Passionate about people, with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal skills- both in Hebrew and in English
Discretion and confidentiality while working with sensitive information
Personal integrity when handling confidential information
Team player, care and passionate about working with and for people
