We are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to support our HR Business Partners.
The HR Intern role is a great opportunity to join our HR team, working closely with HR
professionals, shaping processes and workflows that enable an excellent employee
experience for HP-Indigo employees
Responsibilities
 Be a part of the local HR team and provide ongoing administrative and HR processes
support
 Collect and analyze data and prepare high quality presentations
 Prepare ad-hoc reports and metrics
 Prepare relevant materials for stakeholders, both locally and globally
 Provide HR support to business groups on policies, processes, employee relations,
people management, and career development
 Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience
 Support in leading various HR initiatives across the company

Education/Skills and Experience Requirements
 Student in HR relevant academic areas, such as social science, psychology,
organizational behavior, or business related academic studies
 Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is a must, as well as all other MS office programs –
Mandatory
 HR related previous experience – an advantage
 Task oriented, organized, detail-oriented, and have exceptional analytical and problem-
solving skills
 High drive for excellence and producing high quality product in a timely manner
 Excellent analytical skills
 Passionate about people, with strong interpersonal skills
 Excellent verbal skills- both in Hebrew and in English
 Discretion and confidentiality while working with sensitive information
 Personal integrity when handling confidential information
 Team player, care and passionate about working with and for people
 Availability to work at least _____ days per week
