Role Description

We are looking for a Junior Lab Support Technician to join our R&D site

You will report to the Director of System Integration & QA

You will be based in Caesarea

What You Will Be Doing

• Maintenance of R&D Lab, which contains HW setups under testing including networking components (switches/routers/servers).
• HW physical installation including wiring and documentation maintenance
• Lab incidents basic troubleshooting and fixing
• SW maintenance of networking and rest lab equipment

What You Should Have

• Experience in wiring and physical installation of HW components
• Networking equipment wiring (routers/switches/servers)
• High technical abilities, good debugging abilities (failure point finding)
• Basic Linux experience – advantage
• Basic Networking knowledge – advantage
• Excellent inter-personal skills and high customer service awareness
• Fluent English (writing and speaking)
• Willing for a Full-time job position
