TRACK is a program designed by GM for talented junior engineers that would like to explore career opportunities before taking a decision regarding their career path.
The program contains 3 routs preferably in 3 different domains, total of 21 month:
Each engineer will complete 3 routs, at least 2 of the 3 rotation assignments should be with different groups (meaning, reporting to a different leadership member on site) and each rout in a different domain.
TRACK employees must complete their full program before applying to a long-term position. Leaders and employees cannot have a TRACK employee ‘hired’ to their groups long term before program completion.
After submission of your application, you will receive an HireVue challenge that will need to be completed within 3 days.
If you passed the challenge, you will be invited to a meet GM day that will take place during August. In this Meet GM day, you will join a lecture and enjoy a tour. During this day we will also conduct personal interviews.
Program will start on October 2021
Participants in the program are GM employees from first day of employment
This is the first step towards a great career with General Motors Israel!
