We are looking for a QA test engineer that has a combination of high technical skills and systematic view.


As a QA test engineer, you will be responsible to:

  • Testing SW releases of AD system using simulation in SiL and HiL, full sensing bench and on real vehicles.
  • Build test plans to cover different types of requirements by using different testing setups available
  • Using testing framework to generate different testing scenarios
  • Analysis and debugging issues from testing setups and vehicle
  • Analyze system performance – evaluate performance of the AD system and sensors (camera, radar, lidar) based on compute and latency limitations.

As part of this role, you will gain expertise in our autonomous driving system and our testing platform (simulation and playback). You will work in a team that will be responsible for testing GM’s most advanced artificial intelligence SW on GM’s most advanced compute platforms.


Additional Job Description

What are we looking for?

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
  • Good systems engineering capability and understanding.
  • Coding ability (python or similar) – for analysis, visualization, triaging of system issues.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.


It’s an advantage if you have experience with :

  • Experience in software validation of real-time embedded systems
  • Experience working in Linux/cloud environments, CI/CD workflows, git.
  • Working on HiL or physical setups.
  • Sensor validation & performance analysis.
  • Working on multi-disciplinary and complex systems.
  • Simulation or automotive industry.
  • Experience in software integration, working at customer sites.
  • Familiar with QA methodology. tests writing and bug life cycle.
