Data Quality and Customer Success Support
Responsibilities:
· Tasks control in the Fieldin system: Daily monitoring of the real time data and information received from Fieldin’s customers into the system.
· Identify, analyze and solve problems in a real-time. Reporting to relevant departments about various matters.
· Quality Control – preparation of daily reports for Fieldin’s customers
· Support processes of data receiving into the system
· Provide technical support for the Success Managers
· Assist the on-boarding of new customers in the system
· Generate special reports based on exiting data
Requirements:
· Knowledge of OFFICE – Excel is a must.
· Technological orientation
· Ability to work independently and a highly personal responsibility to perform task
· Attention to details and thorough
· Ability to work successfully under goal plans
· Fast learning curve
· Good spoken and written English
· Degree/diploma in Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems/Practical Engineering – An advantage
· Ability to work in shifts
