Cloud Operation Student- Exlibris (Jerusalem)

What will I be doing?

Our company is looking for students for its Cloud Operations Department. Responsibilities:

–  Administrative work on company’s systems

–  Documentation according to need

–  Working with various technical and office applications

–  Working with various groups

–  Communication with customers through a computerized system

–  Enforce work methodology and procedures

Qualified candidates must have:

·        Students (3 semesters left)– advantage for computer studies or technical knowledge
·        Possibly from the Jerusalem Area

·        Ability to self-teach new subjects

·        Familiar with Office tools

·        Advanced knowledge with MS Excel reports and functions

·        Well organized

·        Ability of self-management

·        Ability to follow up management tasks in various groups and interfaces

·        Multitasking

·        Able to adjust and respond quickly

·        Good human relations

It would be awesome if you also had:

·        Familiar with Service Now and Salesforce

·        Comprehensive technical background in computers

·        Familiar with Linux OS and basic commands

More important information for you:

·       Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office, working in a hybrid model

·       Availability to work at least 4 days per week, 100 hours per month, up to 8.5 hours in a day.
